Where we deliver
We deliver across Surat, Gujarat, to restaurants, cafés, and food businesses. For locations outside our regular routes, message us and we'll confirm.
When
Orders placed by night are bought fresh at the wholesale mandi around 3 AM and delivered the same morning, before your kitchen starts prep. Deliveries run 365 days a year. On major festivals or mandi holidays we'll inform you in advance.
How it arrives
Each outlet's order is packed separately and checked against your list. Weights are as per order; minor natural variation in fresh produce is standard trade practice.
Missed or delayed deliveries
If a delivery is running late or an item was unavailable at the market, we'll message you as early as possible with substitutes or adjustments. You'll never be silently short-supplied.
